The turnaround time for our tests depend on the type of test being performed. Please see the below list for the estimated testing times* of our tests, calculated from the day after the laboratory receives your sample(s).
- STD Health Tests: 1-3 business days
- DNA Relationship Tests: 1-3 business days
- Other DNA Tests: 4-6 weeks or more
Once the laboratory finishes processing your test, your results will be available for download at www.therizon.com/login.
* Please note that the testing time is not guaranteed. The #1 priority of the laboratory is the quality of the testing and the absolute accuracy of the results. The estimated turnaround times cannot be guaranteed if an exception is encountered, and the laboratory will not under any circumstances sacrifice the quality of the test in order to speed up the turnaround time. If additional testing is required, the test may take longer than the times indicated above.
